Catherine the Princess of Wales has successfully defended her cancer treatment by stealing from her sister-in-law Megan’s Playbook after months of chemotherapy.
Catherine’s personal message, released in June, showed her vulnerability and willingness to fight her battle in public view.
Catherine has taken a top spot in the new poll around royal popularity, with her husband losing second place. Princess Anne, viewed favorably by 70% of the UK public, took the second place spot.
Prince William, viewed favorably by 59%, secured the third place spot. Prince Harry’s overall popularity was 10% higher than Megan’s, but still landed in the negatives. Catherine’s comments indicate that her health remains a priority, and she has not fully recovered despite completing her chemotherapy.
She plans to undertake more engagements when she is able to do so, but she will enter her life with a renewed sense of hope and appreciation for life.
