Prince George and Princess Charlotte are set to split next year due to royal protocol stating that heirs to the throne cannot travel on the same flight from the age of 12.
Prince William, the first in line for the royal family, and Princess Charlotte are third in line. Prince George and Princess Charlotte have previously traveled together to Australia, Canada, Germany, and Poland.
Prince William will never fly with the monarch, and all four have flown together with written permission.
